We had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the spa area is fantastic. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, relaxing music, and different types of saunas. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, offering stunning sunset views. The room was comfortable and came with bathrobes, towels, and slippers. Breakfast was included and delicious, and we appreciated the easy access to transportation and parking facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the bus connection, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The room was quiet, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa area. It was simply amazing, with peaceful music, saunas, and a heated outdoor pool where I could enjoy the jacuzzi and watch the sunset. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing restaurant service and delicious food! the room was quite spacious with comfortable furniture and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. the reception staff was always smiling and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the best part was the breakfast buffet which had a good selection of options to choose from and ensured a great start to our day!
The Wi-Fi login service wasn't very user-friendly and we repeatedly ran into issues trying to get connected with different devices. the location of the hotel was a little far from some of the main attractions and activities, which made it difficult to navigate around and explore at times.

The hotel is perfect for hiking trips, with a friendly and welcoming staff who speak multiple languages and provide a solid breakfast. the large and nice rooms provide comfort and relaxation after an exhausting day of hiking. Wellness facilities such as saunas, a large relaxation area, varieties of free tea, and an outside infinity pool add to the experiences.
Finding the hotel can be a bit complicated as the location is hard to track and may not appear on GPS.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast had a good selection of food and was served in a beautiful dining room. The location was quiet with a nice view of the nearby area.
The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. We had to wait an extremely long time to check-in, and when we finally got to our room, the Wi-Fi didn't work.
